Property Management Leasing Specialist with Subsidized Housing Experience

This position begins on a contract basis before migrating to full-time employment with excellent benefits. The right fit is a patient individual with knowledge of the subsidized housing guidelines needed to “GIVE BACK” to the community. This is a great opportunity to work with people who CARE, instead of companies trying to make money on their rental properties. Spend time with applicants to explain criteria, help them complete applications, update eligibility records in the database, and notify applicants of openings. Assist in re-certifying families by gathering documents and calculating income according to State guidelines. Requires a minimum of one year experience working with eligibility of applicants through leasing, interviewing, or re-certifying at an affordable property. Yardi software experience is a plus.
