Develop, upgrade, and maintain relationships with managers at multiple properties to ensure accurate reporting of property records in Yardi and develop Excel reports. Detailed work involves account analysis, recording purchase/sale of properties, journal entries to update the G/L, quarterly reconciliation of real estate accounts, revenue and expense analysis with recommendations for cash flow. Helpful co-workers and free parking make this an interesting job for a skilled individual with confidence in both software programs.
